Royaltee Healings and Readings - Terms and Conditions

1. No Refunds: All payments are final. Once a reading and/or service is paid for during social media live events and/or scheduled, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including change of heart or dissatisfaction with the service. If you cannot attend your scheduled reading, we will offer a rescheduled appointment.
2. Contact Information: You must provide a valid phone number at the time of booking for phone/FaceTime (or Zoom) appointments.
3. Take What Resonates: Not all information in your reading may make sense right away. If something doesn't resonate, keep it in mind— it may make sense later.
4. Quiet Environment: To ensure the best experience, please be in a quiet, safe place without interruptions for the duration of your reading.
5. Safety: Readings and services should NOT be conducted while driving or operating machinery.
6. Professional Conduct: Any unprofessional behavior during the reading will result in immediate termination of services, and no refund will be issued. Laura Lee reserves the right to cancel any session if deemed necessary for any reason.
7. Recording: You are not permitted to record or share any part of the reading on social media without explicit permission.
8. Intellectual Property: All services, content, and materials are protected. Plagiarism or copying is prohibited.
9. Medical Disclaimer: Readings are for entertainment purposes only. They should not be used as medical, legal, or professional advice. Laura Lee is not a licensed healthcare provider.
10. Agreement: By purchasing a reading, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. All sales are final.
